DonateNow is the official fundraising platform operated by Blooming Heartz Foundation Trust. All donations made through the platform are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable causes and verified fundraising campaigns.
As donations are immediately allocated towards charitable activities and beneficiary support, they are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor.
Donors are encouraged to carefully review the donation amount, campaign details, and payment information before confirming the transaction.
Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Duplicate payments made due to technical or processing errors.
An incorrect donation amount caused by an accidental payment error.
Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification by the payment gateway and applicable banking regulations.
To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction by emailing support@donatenow.co.in with the following information:
Donor's full name
Registered email address and mobile number
Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
Date and amount of the donation
Reason for the refund request
Supporting documents or payment proof, if applicable
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Blooming Heartz Foundation Trust.
If the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Donations made voluntarily with the donor's consent.
Donations made to completed or ongoing fundraising campaigns after successful payment.
Requests submitted after the 7-day refund request period.
Cases where the donation has already been utilized or committed towards charitable activities, unless required by applicable law.
